Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy defines the strict operational boundaries for the BC Systems infrastructure. As a specialized B2B OMS provider, we enforce a zero-tolerance approach to unsolicited traffic.

Transactional Traffic Only

BC Systems infrastructure is exclusively engineered for high-priority Transactional Messages and System Alerts.

ALLOWED: Inventory Alerts, Invoice Deliveries, Password Resets, Shipping Notifications.
PROHIBITED: Newsletters, Marketing Broadcasts, Sales Promotions, Cold Outreach.

B2B Enterprise Restriction

Access to the platform is restricted to verified commercial entities (Manufacturers, Logistics Providers, Retailers). We do not provide services to individuals or consumers.

Every workspace must be linked to a valid corporate domain and tax identification number (EIN/VAT) during the KYB (Know Your Business) verification process.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

We strictly adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act (USA) and GDPR (Europe). The use of purchased, rented, or scraped email lists is a violation of this agreement.

"Any tenant detected sending unsolicited bulk email will face immediate instance termination without refund."

Double Opt-In Mandate

All recipients in the BC Systems ecosystem (e.g., warehouse staff, retail managers) must undergo a Double Opt-In verification process before receiving system alerts.

We maintain immutable logs of IP address, timestamp, and user agent for every consent event to serve as legal proof of permission.
