BC Systems acts as a Data Processor for its B2B clients. We process supply chain data (SKUs, Locations, Timestamps) and professional contact information (Work Email, Office Phone).
We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal consumer data (B2C), health data, or financial payment details on this infrastructure.
7-Year Retention Audit
To comply with Customs & Trade regulations, transactional logs (Invoices/BOLs) are retained in cold storage for 7 years, after which they are cryptographically erased.
